I understand the goal to delete excess tasks and bureacracy. I do not see how this methodology can work from companies who need to be resilient (Major Banks, Insurance companies, National Defence!) . I prefer the Berkshire approach which is watch out for ABC ( arrogance, Bureacuacy and complacency)
